Prometric® Appoints John Young as Client Success Director

BALTIMORE, MD, USA – February 28, 2022 – Today, Prometric announced the appointment of John Young to Client Success Director for Prometric Europe and Middle East (EMEA). In this role, John will oversee the delivery of Prometric’s end-to-end solutions to provide a world-class client experience, leading and managing the EMEA Client Services team to ensure client program objectives, revenue, new business growth operations, and service level targets are met and maximized.

Prior to joining Prometric, John served as Vice President of Solution Engineering, Architecture and Consulting for Sungard Availability Services and Head of Strategic Sales at Experian, a data and analytics company. He also served as Vice President of Technical Sales Consulting at AT&T. His vast experience in management consulting and change management will provide increased value to Prometric’s clients.
