Prometric Appoints New General Manager, Remote Assessments to Senior Management Team

Prometric LLC (“Prometric”), a global leader providing end-to-end assessment services and solutions to certification and licensure bodies and educational institutions worldwide, today announced that Kevin Pawsey has joined the company as General Manager, Remote Assessments.  Mr. Pawsey will serve as a member of the company’s senior leadership team and report directly to President & CEO Roy Simrell.

Mr. Pawsey is a proven EdTech expert with significant experience leading global organizations in developing client- and user-focused online and virtual learning experiences and products. He has a demonstrated track record of working with some of the top global technology brands, including Microsoft, AWS, Cisco, IBM, Redhat and Dell, as well as developing and executing on product roadmaps, executive trainings, and technology best practices in his role as CIO.  He has also worked extensively within Higher Education including building partnerships with leading Higher Education platforms such as edX and other leading Higher Education LMS organizations.

He will work closely with Prometric in-house experts and industry partners to optimize Prometric’s remote assessment solution, ProProctor™, to meet the evolving needs of the testing and assessment industry. Prior to joining Prometric, Mr. Pawsey most recently served as Chief Experience Officer where he was responsible for all on demand and remote learning platforms/content and Global Chief Information Officer for Global Knowledge, a global leader in IT and technology training serving individuals and organizations. He has also held C-level leadership roles with Macmillan Learning, ItsLearning, and RM Education PLC. He was also the Founder of Develop.com, an online platform for the next generation of tech focused professionals and associated technologies.
