New Hampshire Insurance
Important note: Every candidate will need to create a new account, but those with exiting profiles will need to use the welcome email as a starting point. If a candidate creates a new profile without using that link, a duplicate profile will be created and could result in scheduling challenges.
Rest assured that the process for scheduling an appointment will remain the same. Should you have any questions, please refer to the Licensing Handbook page under step 5 below.
Here are the basic steps to get you ready for your New Hampshire Insurance Exam.
1. Create or Login to Your Account
Before scheduling your test, please create an account or log into your existing account. To create an account, you must:
- Select “NH” as your state
- Select “Insurance” as the business type
- Enter your eligibility number (SSN)
PLEASE NOTE: you must have an account and select NH’s insurance test in order to schedule online.
The New Hampshire Department of Insurance and Prometric are pleased to announce the ability to schedule your New Hampshire Insurance exams in two ways either in a physical test center in a remotely proctored testing location using Prometric’s ProProctor™ application.
A.) To schedule exam at a Test Center location
Once you are set up and logged into your account, you can schedule your test. Select the “Schedule Test Center” button. You then enter your eligibility number (Social Security Number/SSN) and the first four letters of your last name. to schedule your exam.
B.) To schedule for a Remotely Proctored Exam
You may schedule remotely proctored for your New Hampshire Insurance exams through your online account. Once you are set up and logged into your account, you can schedule your test. Select the “Schedule Remote Proctor” button. You then enter your eligibility number (Social Security Number/SSN) and the first four letters of your last name. to schedule your exam.
In order to confirm you computer meets the technical specifications please perform a system check prior to scheduling your exam.
