About your exam

You may take your exam in a testing centre or with live online proctoring. You will have received an email from Licensing School with the links to do this when you purchased your voucher.

Reschedule/cancel policy

If your exam appointment is more than 5 days away you can change or cancel your exam date or time Simply use the links below or to the left or contact Prometric's automated voice response system at 800-864-5257 (in North America) between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. US Eastern time only. Note that all exam schedule changes must be made directly with Prometric online or by phone.  A voice mail message is not an acceptable form of requesting an appointment be rescheduled or cancelled.

Charges:

• 30 or more days before the scheduled date – no charge
• 5 – 29 days before the scheduled date - £20 fee paid directly to Prometric
• Less than 5 days – no changes can be made. If you cannot make your appointment, you will forfeit the fee you have paid
