Ordering Vouchers

Vouchers may be ordered by completing and submitting a Voucher Order Form.

Order Processing

To be processed, orders must be submitted with complete payment information.

Voucher orders received between 9:00am and 2:00pm (CST for U.S.; Sydney time for Asia - Pacific; and CET for Europe, Middle East and Africa), Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays, will be processed on the day the order is received. Voucher orders received after this time will be considered received on the next business day.

Payment Methods

You may pay for your vouchers with a credit card (AMEX, MasterCard, Visa), check or money order, or with your Prometric Pre-approved credit account.

Voucher Usage Guidelines

Vouchers are program specific. Any candidate for any exam within the chosen program can use these vouchers with a few exceptions.

There is a minimum requirement of three vouchers per order.
Some vouchers are available at discounted prices for large volume orders. (Refer to the price list attached to the voucher order form). Please note that these prices are subject to change at the discretion of the certification sponsor.
Vouchers must be redeemed and the exam must be taken by the expiration date printed/provided.
Vouchers are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Vouchers are available in electronic format. In special circumstances, orders may be produced in printed format.
Prometric will levy a shipping fee for printed vouchers.

Voucher Redemption

Present your vouchers when you register for a test. Vouchers must be redeemed before the expiration date printed on them. Vouchers may be redeemed only for the Prometric Client and testing program for which they were purchased (vouchers are not transferable between programs).

Voucher Security

Vouchers are just like cash. You should safeguard them and track their issuance to test takers. Prometric does not provide redemption information.
