Stephen Williams is Prometric's Senior Vice President, Test Development Services and is responsible for the quality control of all test development, item development, test production and test publishing services. He joined Prometric in March, 1999 as Director of Software Development and has held a number of senior positions within Prometric's Technology organization, primarily focused on Computer Based Test Delivery. Stephen graduated from the University of Manchester, England with a degree in Mathematics and has worked in the Computer Based Testing field for the last 14 years.
