In case I purchased a voucher and missed registering in the registration window, can I still register myself? No. You can only schedule the appointment within the registration window: September 9 to October 11, 2009. No exceptions will be permitted.
In case I purchased a voucher and have not registered myself, will I be refunded? No. Vouchers once sold cannot be refunded. No exceptions will be permitted. Only candidates who have purchased a 2nd voucher due to inability to change profile and/or application data, incorrect spelling of name, middle name not entered, name entered as initials, and first/last name entered in the wrong order, may write in to CAT.candidateservice@prometric.com to request for a refund. Please include your full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, CAT registration number, scanned copies of both vouchers and pay-in slips. Please mark the subject of the email as "Voucher Refund".
If I do notget my admit card, whomshould I contact? You need to login on the website https://iim.prometric.com using your user name & password and select "Resend Admit Card". The admit cardwill be emailed on the email address provided during registration.
If the voucher does not work, who is the contact person? Phone support is available 9am-6pm from Monday to Saturday, until the end of the CAT 2009 testing window (7 December 2009). For inquiries that are not provided in the FAQ, please call 1800 103 9293.
Can the voucher be refunded?
