Prometric's Role in Your Continuing Education
The Arizona Department of Insurance processes certificates of course completion submitted by licensees as part of its license renewal process. The Department handles all aspects of license issue, renewal, and appointment processing. All actions by Prometric are subject to appeal to the Arizona Department of Insurance.

Licensees may call Prometric at 800.899.4184 and request a faxback of the list of approved providers and courses. They may also view a customized list using our CE Online Services.
